Peer Review & Scoring
Peer Review Software
Save your administrators weeks of time managing the abstract peer review process.
Trusted by Over 500 Conferences Annually in Over 30 Countries

Cut Wasted Admin Time & Ensure No Underqualified Speaker Slips Through the Cracks
If your conference administrators manage hundreds or thousands of abstract reviews and you don’t have a sophisticated abstract peer review system, mistakes and timesinks are bound to happen. But for prestigious conferences with high rejection rates, you can’t afford to let the wrong speakers slip through. Our abstract peer review software is designed to protect your reputation while saving your conference administrators time and headaches.
Assignments Based on Reviewer Expertise
With reviewer sign-up forms, handpicked reviewers can select their topic preferences, ensuring that they only receive abstracts that they are willing and able to review.
Automated Review Assignments
There’s no need to spend hours assigning thousands of peer reviews one by one. Our peer review module automates the process, ensuring reviews are distributed to the appropriate reviewers and minimum review assignment thresholds are met.
As Many Review Rounds As You Need
Unlike other tools that accommodate only one round of peer review, our module enables you to run as many review rounds as necessary to ensure your speakers are thoroughly vetted, and additional data they may submit can be reviewed as well (papers, cases, disclosures, PPTs, etc.)
Blind or Non-Blind Reviews
Maintain the level of anonymity and transparency that your conference requires with configurations to support both blind and non-blind review processes.
Review Forms Customized to Your Needs
Ensure that each submission is thoroughly assessed according to your conference’s specific criteria with custom review forms with unlimited questions and advanced logic to ask specific questions based on submission data.
It’s All Integrated
Every module of EventPedia software suite is designed to integrate seamlessly with the next. From peer review, all your data integrates seamlessly into the program module for easy program building.
